This policy explains how ExamRecalls AI ("we", "us") handles personal information. It is written to align with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), including the 2024–2026 reforms.

9. Data breaches (Notifiable Data Breaches scheme)

We maintain a breach response process consistent with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act. Suspected eligible data breaches are assessed promptly, and we notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and affected individuals where the scheme requires it.

Send complaints to privacy@examrecalls.fun. We will acknowledge within 7 days and aim to resolve within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.

11. Children

The service is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has created an account, email privacy@examrecalls.fun and we will remove it.

12. Marketing emails

Any marketing or promotional emails we send comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003: they are consent-based, identify us as sender, and include a working unsubscribe link. Account and billing emails are transactional and are not covered by that unsubscribe.

We update this policy when practices change. Material changes are notified by email to your account address at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
